Self-portrait NO.3.
My name is William Beasley.
I am an artist and a student looking for new means of self expression and enlightenment. This blog is a way for me to share my work (and my life) with you.
Anything here can be purchased as a print (and many as an original.)

Self-portrait NO.3.
Self-portrait NO.2.
So I painted a self portrait for a class. This has been the cause of much frustration over the last few days. #goodenough #screwit
Finished cutting out my relief-print. I can’t wait to actually print it.
Finally finished my Van Gogh pastiche. =)
*** STOP SCROLLING PLEASE ***
You see the girl on the left? She’s my best friend from elementary school. The girl on the right? I’ve known her most of my life. They went missing yesterday and no one knows what happened. I don’t care if it doesn’t fit your blog type, I don’t care if you don’t even know where Bartlett is or if you even live my city.
Just please reblog this. Help us find them.

Worked more on my Van Gogh pastiche. Not yet done, but It’s still Goghing along nicely.
Acrylic hand study.in the sink.
I’d say my painting is Goghing pretty well.
I photographed hands being washed last Sunday. I wanted to show an ordinary task dramatically rendered through light and composition.
Valentine’s card I made tonight. It’s got kind of an effortless quality to it that I like. It’s also MUCH simpler than I usually make my pen drawings. Nothing too serious, but it’s got a nice feel to it, don’t you think? =]
I’m broke so I painted my Dad a birthday card instead of buying one. Btw, he likes buffalo puns. Also, he has a mustache.
My two paintings of a toy cow, a cow skull, and various colorful and reflective cloths and papers.
I feel like I was super productive today! I printed all three colors of my new screen print AND got a pretty good start into a new painting. It feels good to be on top of things for once.
